These terms apply to reservations and purchases on belowkilo.com. The seller is the company named in the legal notice.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. For customers in other EU countries, VAT is charged at the rate of the delivery country, so the final price shown at checkout may differ from the price shown for Croatia. [TBD: confirm the price display rule with the accountant.] Business customers with a valid EU VAT number outside Croatia are invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge procedure.

Reservation deposit

• A reservation holds your place in the first production batch for the freehub you choose.
• The deposit is €200 and is paid through Stripe.
• The deposit is fully refundable: you can cancel your reservation at any time before your wheelset ships, by email to info@belowkilo.com. We refund it to the original payment method within 14 days.
• A reservation does not oblige you to buy. When your wheelset is ready, we email you to confirm the build and the delivery date. The purchase contract is concluded when you pay the balance.
• If we cannot deliver from the first batch, we refund the deposit in full.

Delivery

Delivery is free to all EU countries. A wheelset in stock is delivered within 10 business days of your order, a pre-ordered wheelset within 30 days. [TBD: carrier.]

Governing law

Croatian law applies. As a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
