14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the wheelset, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to infonull@belowkilo.com.invalid. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. It is enough that you send it before the 14 days end.
We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the original payment method. We may hold the refund until we have received the wheelset back or you have shown that you sent it.
Send the wheelset back within 14 days of withdrawing. You pay the cost of returning it.
Condition of returned wheels
You may inspect the wheelset as you would in a shop. Please do not mount tyres, cassette or brake rotors and do not ride it before deciding, and return it in the original packaging. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the wheelset.

Warranty
You have the statutory 2-year liability for defects that applies to all goods sold in the EU, counted from delivery. If a defect appears, write to infonull@belowkilo.com.invalid with your order number and photos, and we will arrange repair, replacement or a refund.
